What is the difference between Mobile and Desktop Lightroom Presets?
Mobile Lightroom Presets are .dng files that are designed to be installed on the free Adobe Lightroom mobile app. The mobile app is available on iPhone and Android phones.
Desktop Lightroom Presets are .xmp files to be used on the Adobe Lightroom CC and Lightroom Classic computer applications. They are compatible with both Mac and PC computers. You will need an Adobe paid subscription to be able to use the application on your computer.
When will I receive my preset?
Your Lightroom Preset files will be made available to you instantly once payment is confirmed.
If your order is not available to download instantly, it may be because you paid using Paypal and Paypal is still processing your payment. This can take up to 24 hours to process and unfortunately is not in our control.
If you do not receive your preset instantly, did not pay using Paypal and can confirm that your payment was processed, please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I install the preset?
Installing your Mobile and Desktop Lightroom Presets is very easy! Every purchase comes with simple and effective Installation Instructions PDF to ensure a seamless experience. Please contact us at email@example.com if you are having troubles installing and we will help you asap.
I am trying to download the preset from Dropbox, but the file says that it "cannot be previewed"
Not to worry! The reason you are seeing this on dropbox is because the .dng file is coding, not an image/picture that you can view. You are still able to download the file to your mobile and continue following the installation instructions and the preset will work on Lightroom.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the digital nature of the preset files. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The preset makes my skin too orange (or not a dark enough tan)
We try our best to make our presets a “one size fit” for all skin colors, but there will no doubt be cases that the preset doesn’t suit perfectly. Not to worry though, this is an easy fix!
To lessen the orange in your skin tone on the Mobile Lightroom App, go to 'Color', then 'Mix', select Orange and then decrease the Saturation and/or increase the Luminance.
To deepen your suntan on the Mobile Lightroom App, go to 'Color', then 'Mix', select Orange and then increase the Saturation and/or decrease the Luminance.
